Privacy Policy for Personal Data
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to all information that www.cac.uz, (the “Site”) located under the domain name https://cac.uz (and its sub-domains), may obtain about you during your use of https://cac.uz (and its sub-domains), its programs and its products.
1. Definition of Terms
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “Site Administration” (hereinafter – the Administration) – authorized employees to manage the website cac.uz, who organize and (or) carry out processing of personal data, as well as determine the purpose of processing of personal data, composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal data” – any information relating to directly or indirectly identified or defined by an individual (personal data subject).
1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4 “Confidentiality of personal data” – a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person granted access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or availability of other legal grounds.
1.1.5. “Site cac.uz” means a set of interconnected web pages located in the Internet at the unique address (URL): https://cac.uz, as well as its sub-domains.
1.1.6. “Subdomains” are pages or a set of pages located on third level domains belonging to the cac.uz website, as well as other temporary pages with contact information of the Administration indicated at the bottom
1.1.5. “cac.uz User” (hereinafter referred to as “User”) means a person who has access to the cac.uz website through the Internet and uses the information, materials and products of the cac.uz website
1.1.7. “Cookies” – is a small data fragment sent by Web-server and stored on User’s computer, which Web-client or Web-browser sends to Web-server in HTTP-request each time when they try to open a page of corresponding site.
1.1.8. “IP-address” is the unique network address of the node in a computer network, through which the User gains access to the Site.
2. General provisions
2.1 Use of cac.uz website by User means consent to this Privacy Policy and terms of User’s personal data processing.
2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy the User must stop using the cac.uz website.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies to the website cac.uz. The website does not control and is not responsible for websites of third parties, to which the User can go through the links available on the website cac.uz.
2.4. Administration does not check the reliability of personal data provided by the User.
3. Subject of confidentiality policy
3.1 This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration on nondisclosure and ensuring the protection of confidentiality of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the Administration at the registration on the site cac.uz or when subscribing to the e-mail newsletter.
3.2. Personal data, allowed for processing within the framework of this Privacy Policy, is provided by the User by filling out forms on the website cac.uz and includes the following information:
3.2.1. surname, first name, patronymic of the User;
3.2.2. contact phone number of the User;
3.2.3. e-mail address (e-mail); 3.2.4.
User’s place of residence (if necessary); 3.2.4.
3.2.5. photo (if necessary)
3.3 Website protects the Data, which is automatically transmitted when You visit the pages:
- IP address;
- cookies information;
- browser information
- access time;
- referrer (address of the previous page).
3.3.1 Disabling cookies may result in inability to access parts of the site requiring authorization.
3.3.2 The site collects statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to prevent, detect and resolve technical problems.
3.4 Any other personal information not stipulated above (history of visits, browsers used, operating systems, etc.) shall be stored securely and not disclosed, except as provided in clauses 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.
4.Purposes of collection of user’s personal information
4.1 The Administration may use the User’s personal information for the purposes of:
4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the website cac.uz for its further authorization.
4.1.2 Providing the User with access to the personalized data of the cac.uz website.
4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests concerning the use of the cac.uz website, processing of requests and applications from the User.
4.1.4 Determining the User’s location for security purposes and fraud prevention.
4.1.5 Confirming the reliability and completeness of personal data provided by the User.
4.1.6. Creating an account to use parts of the cac.uz website, if the User has agreed to create an account.
4.1.7. Notifying the User by email.
4.1.8. Providing effective technical support to User when problems arise related to the use of the cac.uz website.
4.1.9. Providing special offers, newsletters and other information on behalf of the cac.uz website to the User with his consent.
5. Methods and terms of processing of personal information
5.1 Processing of personal data of the User is carried out without term limits, by any legal way, including in information systems of personal data with or without use of automation means.
5.2 Personal data of User may be transferred to authorized bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan only on the grounds and in the order, established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5.3. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data the Administration shall be entitled not to inform the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.4 The Administration shall take necessary organizational and technical measures for protection of personal information of the User from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, change, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
5.5 The Administration together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal information.
6. Rights and obligations of the parties
6.1 The user has the right:
6.1.1. Make a free decision to provide his personal data necessary to use the cac.uz website and give consent to its processing.
6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
6.1.3 The User has the right to receive information from the Administration regarding the processing of its personal data, if such right is not limited in accordance with federal laws. The User shall be entitled to demand from the Administration to clarify its personal data, block or destroy them if personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take statutory measures to protect its rights. For this purpose, it is sufficient to notify the Administration at the specified E-mail address.
6.2 The Administration shall be obliged to:
6.2.1 Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2 Keep confidential information secret, refrain from disclosure without prior written permission of the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other ways the personal data of the User, except for items 5.2 of this Privacy Policy. 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data of the User, according to the procedure generally used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.
6.2.4 To block personal data relating to the relevant User, from the moment of application or request of the User, or its legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the period of inspection, in case of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. Administration which has not fulfilled its obligations shall be liable for losses sustained by User in relation to unauthorized use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, except cases provided by Items 5.2. 5.2. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2 In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration shall not be liable if such confidential information
7.2.1. Was in the public domain prior to its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Website Administration.
7.2.3 Was disclosed with the User’s consent.
7.3 The User is solely responsible for complying with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including, but not limited to, laws on advertising, on protection of copyright and neighboring rights, on protection of trademarks and service marks, including full responsibility for the content and form of Materials.
7.4. The User acknowledges that the person providing such information (including, but not limited to: data files, texts, etc.) to which he/she may have access as a part of cac.uz, is responsible for any information.
7.5. The User agrees that the information provided to him as a part of the cac.uz website may be an object of intellectual property, the rights to which are protected and belong to other Users, partners or advertisers who place such information on the cac.uz website.
The User may not modify, rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on such Content (in full or in part) except in cases when such actions have been expressly allowed in writing by the owners of such Content under the terms of a separate agreement.
7.6 The text materials (articles, publications in free public access on cac.uz) may be distributed on condition that there is a link to the Site.
7.7. Administration shall not be liable to the User for any loss or damage suffered by the User as a result of removal, failure or inability to preserve any Content and other communication data contained on the site cac.uz or transmitted through it.
7.8. Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses occurred due to: the use or inability to use the site or individual services; unauthorized access to User’s communications; statements or conduct of any third party on the site.
7.9. Administration is not responsible for any information posted by the User on the site cac.uz, including but not limited to: information protected by copyright, without the express consent of the copyright owner.
8. Resolution of disputes
8.1 Prior to recourse to court for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is obligatory to submit a claim (written or electronic proposal for voluntary settlement of a dispute).
8.2 The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results of consideration of the claim in writing or electronically within 30 calendar days after receipt of the claim.
8.3 If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be transferred to the Economic Court of Tashkent.
8.4 The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Administration. 9.
9. Additional Terms
9.1. Administration reserves the right to make changes in this Privacy Policy without User’s consent.
9.2. New Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its publication on cac.uz, unless otherwise stipulated by the new Privacy Policy version.
